When foods are bad combination, produces fermentation, digestion is poor and, therefore, there are toxins in the blood, which cause ailments, drowsiness, headaches, fatigue and many other symptoms, to which our civilization already accustomed, to the point that many considered normal.
Unhealthy food
Today there is more information on our diets. We have access to this information, but many ignore as good nutrition for lack of information that can educate and start consuming healthy foods. Just keep eating well and today there are more overweight people not to make the appropriate changes in their diets.

It can be defined as acquired habits throughout life that influence our food. Eating a balanced diet, varied and sufficient, accompanied by physical exercise is the perfect formula to be healthy. A varied diet should include foods from all groups and in sufficient quantities to meet our energy and nutrient needs.

(also called nourishment or aliment) is the provision, to cells and organisms, of the materials necessary (in the form of food) to support life. Many common health problems can be prevented or alleviated with a healthy diet.
The diet of an organism is what it eats, which is largely determined by the perceived palatability of foods. Dietitians are health professionals who specialize in human nutrition, meal planning, economics, and preparation.
